Overview

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI Development team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power our AI products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine learning models for various applications
  • Develop data processing pipelines and feature engineering systems
  • Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency
  • Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models, addressing issues and implementing improvements
  • Research and implement new ML techniques and approaches
  • Document model architectures, experiments, and results

Requirements

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Understanding of ML fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and ML infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with deep learning and neural network architectures
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices
  • Familiarity with distributed computing and large-scale data processing
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
  • Background in deploying models in production environments
  • Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications
